Click Travel expands in Alpha Tower
Corporate travel agency Click Travel has tripled its original letting in Birmingham’s Alpha Tower to 3,400 sq ft of space. Less than a year after moving into the building, the company has signed a new lease with owner Catalyst Capital to accommodate growth.
Click Travel has now relocated to the 23rd floor of the building.
Click Travel was founded in 1999 by brothers James and Simon McLean. The business is now set to turnover over £20m for the year ending March 2011. Clients include phone operator Talk Talk, chocolatier Thortons, and The Labour party.
Julian Perry at Catalyst Capital, said: “Not only is Click Travel’s growth excellent news for their own business plan and local enterprise, but I’m pleased that we can play our own small part in their business by supporting their property requirements and making it as easy as possible for the organisation to develop and accommodate its growing team.”
The deal was completed by joint agents Savills and Knight Frank.
