New Guy for Nelsons
East-Midlands law firm Nelsons has appointed a new solicitor to its employment team. Anna Guy will join the firm at its Derby office.
Guy trained with Nelsons before qualifying as a solicitor in October 200. She is an employment law specialist and will be assisting clients with cases on unfair and constructive dismissal, all forms of discrimination, disciplinary and grievance procedures, parental rights and redundancy.
She will also advise businesses on workplace policies, employment contracts, business transfers and compromise agreements.
Nelsons’ head of employment law services, Andy Jamieson, said: “We’re delighted to see Anna back at the firm, having trained with us. The employment teams across the region remain very busy, so she’ll be a welcome asset in Derby.”
