Roddy right for Larkpoint
Larkpoint, a joint venture between Bourne-based developer Larkfleet Group and Nottingham-based Charterpoint Developments, has appointed John Roddy as business development executive.
Roddy is said to have "comprehensive experience in healthcare", with particular emphasis on funding, having previously held the position of regional director for healthcare for the Midlands, Wales and the Anglia region at the Royal Bank of Scotland.
Giles Nursey, director of Larkpoint, said: “We are delighted to welcome John as part of the team at Larkpoint.
"John’s expertise in the healthcare sector will allow Larkpoint to utilise both existing and future contracts to their full potential. John will help steer the company’s future development.”
