Heb and Cushman and Wakefield are offering a £5,000 gift to agents who introduce an occupier to Core 27 at Sherwood Park, Nottinghamshire.

Rob Maxey, of Heb, said: “We have had some excellent success in recent months with a good proportion of the land now let. We remain keen to secure occupiers for the rest of the scheme and would like to hear about any leads and possible introductions we may have missed. We will hand over £5,000 if agents can assist.”

In order to qualify, Maxey said agents need to acquire one of the remaining Multiplex units or the Piazza building behalf of their clients.

“To secure the £5,000, we would need a lease for a minimum of five years. We will then hand over £2,500 in John Lewis vouchers and an introductory fee of £2,500,” he said.

Core 27 has been awarded the ‘BREAAM – Excellent’ rating, meaning that it has the highest level of green credentials going, both in terms of its construction as well as its ongoing occupation and associated running costs.

“We are confident we won’t be beaten on any like for like deals in the market,” said Maxey. “We will offer the most competitive incentive package available anywhere.”
