New teams in at Cartwright King
The Birmingham office of law firm Cartwright King has appointed two new teams of specialist lawyers. Amongst the new recruits is David Roy, who joins from Jonas Roy Bloom, where he was founding partner.
Roy’s fellow partner and VHCC fraud supervisor Jenny Collins has also joined Cartwright King, along with Arif Iqbal, a barrister and higher court advocate.
Criminal and fraud lawyer Fiona Warman joins the office as a director. Warman was previously head of crime at Williamson and Soden, and has moved alongside her team which includes criminal lawyers Regan Peggs and Colin Doyle.
Mark Wilson, the firm’s head of business defence, said: “We are delighted that David, Jenny and Fiona and their teams have chosen to join us at a pivotal point in our expansion in Birmingham. It has been a very successful year for us and we intend, with their drive and expertise, to continue to grow and excel.”
Cartwright King has offices in Birmingham, Nottingham, Derby, Leicester and Sheffield. The firm employs 75 solicitors and four in-house barristers.
