Innes England hops to it at Bunny
Property agent Innes England has been appointed to manage the 66,000 sq ft Bunny Trading Estate in Nottingham. The East Midlands agent has been retained by the owners after completing the sale of the property to The Appliance Warehouse (Midlands) Executive Retirement Benefits Scheme.
The sale of the estate was completed earlier this year. The Appliance Warehouse, a retailer of kitchen appliances, is a tenant on the estate.
James McArthur, of Innes England, said: “I am pleased that our services have been retained. Historically the estate has been challenging to manage. We are looking forward to working closely with the directors of the pension scheme to ensure that we continue to improve the estate and the client’s investments.”
The estate comprises 66,403 sq ft and has 15 units. Other tenants include Fine Finish Furniture and Bridgford Pressings.
Since being retained on the site, Innes England has cleared the property and opened up a further 1.5 acres of space for land rentals.
