Rugby star recruited as sales director
Leicestershire-based Stash Sportswear has appointed former Wales rugby league international Jason Critchley to the new role of sales director. Critchley will take responsibility for developing a "worldwide sales operation".
Critchley was a professional rugby union player and coach for 16 years, and has 11 rugby league caps for Wales. Stash Sportswear said this experience “makes him a great fit with the brand”.
The appointment is the latest in a string of new recruits at the company.
Critchley said: "I have always felt that Stash was the best brand in the business so it’s great to be joining it at a time when it is moving to the next level.
"I am looking forward to helping make the brand more accessible. I have started with a focus on the UK operation, and have my sights set on starting up an overseas team in the medium term."
