FHP clinches Key deal
Fisher Hargreaves Proctor, acting on behalf of private clients, has completed the letting of 3 Key Point Office Village, Nix’s Hill, Alfreton to the MPS Group. The MPS Group has taken a three-year lease of the two-storey office property extending to 1,954 sq ft.
The MPS Group operates a wide range of businesses from care homes to the aviation industry and will use the offices as its new headquarters.
Jonathan Sayer completed the letting on behalf of the landlord, and said: “We are very pleased to have completed the letting to the MPS Group and wish them all the best in their new home.
"Both the location of the modern office and the fact that they were fitted out assisted in the letting process and meant that the MPS Group now has the room they need to further expand their existing business interests."
