Spearing Waite advises retail expansion
Leicester law firm Spearing Waite has advised homewares retailer The White Company to pursue its nationwide store opening programme. The Friar Lane practice’s property team advised all its recent store acquisitions, including nine new outlets opened in the last year and its new flagship outlet in Chelsea.

Spearing Waite has handled store acquisitions for several household names including homewares retailer Dunelm and surfwear specialist Billabong. It also acted for Liverpool Football Club on the acquisition of its 13,000 sq ft flagship store in the £920m Liverpool One retail complex.
