Crown House signs for Trinity Point

The Black Country’s largest shed deal of the year has been completed by King Sturge's Birmingham-based industrial team. Acting on behalf of the Minton Group, the agent let Trinity Point in Oldbury to building services company Crown House Technologies.

Crown House, which became part of construction solutions provider Laing O’Rourke in 2004, has signed a lease for the entire 130,000 sq ft property.

Carl Durrant, partner at King Sturge, said: “It is encouraging to see the building being used for an industrial processing business, whereas historically it would have been used mainly for warehousing. This is one of two deals done in recent weeks by King Sturge to the manufacturing sector.”

Trinity Point was formally occupied by Floors-2-Go.

Gerald Eve acted for Crown House Technologies. Colliers act as joint agents with King Sturge.
