A strong line-up from Coventry’s public and private sectors will debate the city’s future at Insider’s Coventry Economic Forum on Tuesday morning (30 November).

Martin Yardley, director of city services and development at Coventry City Council, will be joined by Doug Squires, managing director of Squires Gear & Engineering, and the current president of Coventry and Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce at the TechnoCentre at Coventry University Technology Park. Also speaking are David Wright, head of strategic development at Coventry University and Phil Ewing, director of local accountancy firm Harrison Beale & Owen.

They are to discuss key issues relating to the city’s future growth prospects. These are likely to cover areas such as regeneration, inward investment, the manufacturing sector, the role of the local universities and Coventry’s retail offering.

Chaired by Insider editor Andy Coyne, the 'Question Time' style event is expected to attract a large audience from the Coventry business community. If you would like to attend please email Claire Winstanley.
