Coventry University launches London campus
Coventry University has officially opened its new campus in London. Coventry University London Campus (CULC) is to offer professionally-oriented courses including MBA programmes.
Coventry University vice-chancellor Professor Madeleine Atkins and university chancellor Sir John Egan launched CULC to mark "the start of a new learning opportunity for international students".
The site will also offer the Coventry MBA in International Engineering Management and a range of top-up undergraduate programmes.
It is located 250 metres from Liverpool Street Station and is said to be already attracting interest from China, India, Nigeria and the Middle East.
Janet Hannah, director of CULC, said: “CULC gives the international student the opportunity to learn about business and to study and work in one of the world’s leading financial markets. It is the ideal setting for international students to immerse themselves in both the academic and practical side of the business world. CULC is at the very heart of London’s financial district and is an exciting place to be.”
