Property experts to address Insider conference
Insider is hosting its first ever Midlands Business of Property Conference in the region this week. The half-day conference coincides with the long-running Insider Property Awards and will take place at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole Hotel at the National Exhibition Centre on Thursday. The event is free with guest speakers to include Chris Oglesby, chief executive officer at Bruntwood; Waheed Nazir, director of regeneration at Birmingham City Council; and Neil Rami, chief executive of Marketing Birmingham. The Insider West Midlands Business of Property Conference 2010 has been launched following extensive feedback.
This new property conference is likely to examine subjects such as the city centre office market, inward investment, masterplanning and the economic climate in 2011. We want to know what investors from outside the Midlands really think of the regional market and are looking for ideas of how the public and private sectors can work together during the difficult days ahead.
Bringing together local authority representatives, developers, office market specialists and economists, our events will be a timely examination of the Midlands commercial property landscape.
Attending will provide details for a better understand who is investing in the region, provide an opportunity to hear from our inspirational panel, help professionals network and build relationships with businesses, help you to hear views from outside the region and help you better understand the views of corporate occupiers.
This is a free event and we expect demand for places to be high. As such we will take acceptances on a strictly 'first come, first served' basis. Please click here to access the reply form and complete it as soon as possible if you would like to attend. Please contact Kelly Hancock if you require any further details.
