Colmore Gate gets a facelift
West Midlands construction firm Shaylor Group has completed a refurbishment of the ground floor reception area at the Colmore Gate building in central Birmingham to provide a grade A entrance that it is hoped will enhance the building's saleability.
Shaylor Group’s JDI Interiors arm carried out the work at the multi-story office development in the heart of the business district.
Birmingham based building and property consultants Tuffin Ferraby Taylor was project manager for work that included the removal and replacement of extensive canopies to Colmore Row and Bull Street with more modern alternatives.
Tuffin Ferraby Taylor project manager Anthony Aldritt said: “The works have greatly improved the property’s profile with perspective tenants.”
