GBR Phoenix Beard in three-year plan
Property consultancy GBR Phoenix Beard has made three new appointments at its Birmingham office as part of a three year business growth plan.
David Dyas joins the asset management team as a surveyor, while Helen Gregg and Charles Devoy join the firm’s property accounting department.
The appointments have been made to support the firm’s "continued expansion and investment in its core services" following the announcement of the merger of Phoenix Beard with GBR earlier this year.
GBR Phoenix Beard managing director Simon Farrant said: “We are putting the finishing touches to GBR Phoenix Beard’s three year business plan, and continued investment in staff for a service business such as ours is imperative to achieving our ambitious strategic growth plans.”
