Senior surveyor in at Wells McFarlane
Lutterworth-based Wells McFarlane has appointed Victoria Strickland to its team. Strickland joins the chartered surveyor to work alongside directors Trevor Wells and Andrew McFarlane Holt.
Strickland will take up the position of senior surveyor and will be involved in commercial property management, valuations, planning and land sales.
McFarlane Holt said: “Victoria brings precisely the right professional mix to the practise. As the business continues to grow year on year up by 40 per cent from 2009, the demand for our services has increased.
"With a team who between them have over 40 years’ experience in property and land management, the addition of Victoria’s experience and expertise will help us continue to meet these demands and we feel she fits the Wells McFarlane ethos to a tee.”
Strickland is a member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and a fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV).
