Lamba Trading Company has purchased Sandlands Court in Nottingham from Henry Boot Developments. The scheme comprises 12,200 sq ft of retail space, a KFC drive thru, a Marstons Public House and a nursery.

The site, which includes eight retail units, was completed in November 2009 by Henry Boot Developments. A 92-place day nursery and an 8,000 sq ft play centre are also part of the scheme.

The development produces a current annual income of £178,000. Chartered surveyor Fisher Hargreaves Proctor, (FHP), which completed the sale, said the site has the potential to add further income with the development of a vacant 0.2 acre retail scheme.

The purchase price of the site was not disclosed.

David Powell, associate partner within the property management department of FHP, said: “We are delighted to take on board the management of this property on behalf of a client whom we have acted on behalf of for over 20 years. We believe this development is of significant local importance.

"We are really looking to creating opportunities to enhance the asset value of the scheme and the benefit of the local community.”

Henry Boot Developments was advised by Jonathan Emmerson of HEB.
