Staffline snaps up Cambridgeshire firm
Nottingham-based recruitment company Staffline has made its latest acquisition, in the form of Qubic Recruitment Solutions. Staffline said the acquisition was in line with its expansion strategy.
Huntingdon-based Qubic is an independent recruitment company in Cambridgeshire.
Staffline was advised on the purchase by Browne Jacobson, which is sixth transaction it has supported for the company in 18 months.
Qubic specialises in the recruitment of permanent and temporary personnel for commercial, industrial, engineering and technical job roles across the region.

Earlier this year, Browne Jacobson advised AIM listed Staffline on its acquisition of Leicester-based recruitment firm A La Carte.
