Entrepreneur makes Nottingham investment
A young entrepreneur from Chorley has invested in a Nottingham nightclub. Alex Symes has invested an undisclosed fee into Mirage Venues which will own and operate a nightclub in Nottingham.
Twenty-year-old Symes has teamed up with property developer The Darbyshire Group to invest into the venue operator.
Symes, who has not invested in a project before, said that he was “nervous” due to the size of the venture.
Charlotte Mills and Pauline Rigby, of Forbes Solicitors, advised Symes on the venture. They said: "It is fantastic to help young entrepreneurs take their first steps into the business world by giving them the important advice and support they need. We wish Alex the best of luck for the future and hope this is only the beginning of many more successes."
The Darbyshire Group was represented by law firm Dickson Haslam.
