New legal team comes to Ashbourne
Four Derbyshire solicitors have joined forces to launch a new legal practice. Joanne Jones, Graham Elliot and Arthur Titterton, have teamed up with Mike Simpson to launch Simpson Jones LLP in Ashbourne.
The firm has opened its first office on St John Street in the town and has plans to expand into Derby and Ashby “within the next three months”.
Simpson Jones will offer services including residential and commercial conveyancing, wills, probate, tax planning, trust and elderly client services and corporate services.
Graham Elliot will head up the Ashbourne office, and will be joined by Joanne Jones, a member of Derby Lawyer Property Association Panel. Arthur Titterton, a former president and current honorary secretary of the Derby and District Law Society, also joins the team alongside Mike Simpson, who brings more than 20 years knowledge and experience to the firm through his connections with the financial services industry.
Eliot said: “We are delighted to be launching our innovative, new law firm in Derbyshire and I am extremely proud to be opening our first office in my home town.
“Our aim is to provide local people and the business community with advice to suit their specific needs and offer a modern approach but with traditional values to managing our clients’ legal affairs.”
