Pure update for Nottingham building
Derby-based Pure Construction has completed its update of a 19th century four-storey building in Nottingham. The firm is now offering the property, on Mansfield Road, for immediate occupation.
Having acquired 102 Mansfield Road at auction, Pure refurbished the building and transformed the block into office units.
The building provides 1,377 sq ft arranged over four floors.
Simon Ellis, Pure managing director, said: “This was an ideal opportunity for us, we were able to provide a thorough yet sympathetic refurbishment but still have the occupier in mind.”
Nottingham agent heb has been instructed to market the building.
Jonathan Bishop, of heb, said: “There is a fair amount of office space of this size available within the city, but very few offer the character and quality of this building. It is a really attractive building, with ample parking.”
