Bruntwood boss to speak at Insider property conference
Chris Oglesby, chief executive officer of office building owner and manager Bruntwood, is to speak at Insider’s inaugural Midlands Business of Property Conference.
Manchester-based serviced office specialist Bruntwood owns the 21 storey McLaren Building in central Birmingham, which has recently undergone a major refurbishment. Oglesby is expected to speak about the Bruntwood gameplan for the Midlands and give his predictions for the local office market in 2011.
Other speakers so far confirmed for the conference - which will proceed the long running Insider Property Awards at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole Hotel at the NEC on November 25 - are Waheed Nazir, director of regeneration at Birmingham City Council - and the brains behind the relaunched Big City Plan masterplan - and Neil Rami, chief executive of Marketing Birmingham.
Marketing Birmingham is the headline sponsor for the conference. Drivers Jonas Deloitte has also signed up as an event sponsor.
