Double letting for Touchwood
Fashion retailer Superdry and homeware merchant Dwell have leased units in Solihull’s Touchwood shopping complex. Superdry has taken a 15-year lease on a 7,100 sq ft unit while Dwell has signed a lease for ten years to move into a 6,900 sq ft unit.
The stores are the latest additions to the line-up at Touchwood following recent deals to food retailers Pret A Manger and ASK and fashion chain BANK.
Restaurateur Giraffe has also recently signed a deal with the centre, leasing its first property in the Midlands.
Guy Thomas, head of leasing at Lend Lease, said: “The centre has enjoyed 12 months of consecutive sales growth which confirms its position as a leader within the Midlands region. We’re currently in advanced negotiations with an additional two companies and we’re working proactively with our retailers to ensure we continue to offer our guests an expansive shopping experience.”
