Brett & Randall launches re-brand
Leicester-based insurance broker Brett & Randall has rebranded following its management buyout. The company will now be known as B&R after a successful acquisition led by existing shareholder Ashwin Mistry.
Although the company name of Brett & Randall has not changed officially, a new logo, website and literature "reflects the fact" that the company is known to many of its clients and insurer partners as B&R.
Director Mark Taylor said: “Brett and Randall is a strong brand in Leicester, but we wanted to come up with something fresh and new to reflect the vibrant new management team.
“We are known as ‘B&R’ in the industry, so it made sense to incorporate this within our new brand design."
The management team took a major stake in the broker earlier this year.
The business, which has been established in the city for 27 years, is founder member of The Brokerbility Group, which places around £425m of Insurance Premium into the UK market.
