St Modwen appoints new finance director
Birmingham-based St Modwen has appointed Michael Dunn as its new group finance director. Dunn will take up his new role with the regeneration specialist on 1 December 2010.
Dunn joins St Modwen from May Gurney Integrated Services, the AIM listed infrastructure support services business. He spent five years at May Gurney, which has a turnover of £480m, in the post of group finance director.
Bill Oliver, chief executive of St Modwen, said: “I’m delighted to welcome Michael to St Modwen at a time when the company has returned to profit and is looking to a period of growth.
