RLF introduces development service
Property and construction consultancy Robinson Low Francis (RLF) has created a new development consultancy service at its Birmingham office. The company said that the subsidiary, RLF Morgan Devey Property and Development Consultants, is a “key part of its post recession strategy”.
The new consultancy will be led by Victoria Chell. It will provide advice to clients on a variety of property development and investement matters.
Chell joined RLF in June 2005 following RLF’s acquisition of Birmingham based consultant Morgan Devey Associates.
Chell said: “The Big City Plan is exactly what Birmingham needs to boost morale in these difficult times. Whilst the majority of the proposals won’t be implemented for some years to come, or at least until the banks start lending again, it’s exciting to see such ambitious plans for the future of our city.
"This will undoubtedly create vast opportunities for local firms and signals a propitious time to be launching our development consultancy service.”
