Affinity opens up shop in Leicester
Affinity Crew, the provider of intelligent crewing solutions for the UK events industry, has opened a new office in Leicester. The company has staffed events at venues including Leicester Tigers’ Welford Road stadium.
The new office will be headed up by Darryl Jones and Dan Hatjiosif and will be used as a base for local crew briefings and training.
The Twickenham-based company employs about 100 freelancers in the South East.
Over the last month, the business has crewed events at Leicester Tigers’ Welford Road stadium, the RICOH Arena, Hyatt Hotel, Hilton Metropole and Birmingham Town Symphony Hall.
David Jackson, director at Affinity Crew said, “It was a busy summer and now it’s a busy autumn. We are getting more and more requests for work around the country and felt a new base in the Midlands would really help support our clients along with new and existing crew.”
