Cooper Crouse-Hinds, the world’s largest manufacturer of electrical products, has relocated its midlands office to St. Modwen’s Whitley Business Park in Coventry.

The company has signed a ten-year lease on a 2,879 sq ft office building on Lakeside, the first phase of offices on the 93-acre business park.

Mark Watkins, development surveyor for regeneration specialist St. Modwen, said: “Whitley Business Park is clearly making an impact on occupiers such as Cooper-Crouse Hinds because of the flexibility of the office space and the aesthetics of this new business park environment.

"Its location, which provides swift access to the city’s major arterial routes, while also being situated at the heart of Coventry’s wider transport network, makes it an ideal commercial base and we are confident that as the market picks up, this development will continue to attract high profile companies.”

Savills is the joint agent behind the business park.

Four buildings remain on the first phase of development at Whitley Business Park and range in size from 3,116 sq ft to 25,960 sq ft.
