Jagtech directors motor into MBO
Independent Jaguar specialist Nottingham Jagtech has been bought out by two of its directors. Lester Page and Mark Wilkinson have purchased the Colwick-based company and relocated it to new and larger premises.
Finance for the deal was supplied by Lloyds TSB bank.
The company was established in 2007 and offers servicing and support for owners of Jaguar cars.
The buyers were advised by Jeff Alvey and Vik Moothia, partners in Massers Solicitors’ commercial team, who provided support in both the purchase and relocation.
Alvey said: “The transaction secures the ongoing future for the company, and provides continuity and a fresh focus for growth.
