Green plans for Loomis
Cash management specialist Loomis UK has relocated its head office to Riverside Business Park in Nottingham.
Loomis, which employs 50 people at its head office, has moved to Unit 1, Alder Court.
The grade A detached office building extends to 8,000 sq ft, and has been taken by Loomis for its UK administrative office.
Laine Baxter, of Loomis, said the company needed to relocate to “more appropriate” office space. She said: “Logistically it is a more convenient location, and it is better for most of the staff travelling in. Alder Court is better for our working arrangements also. We can offer flexible working to staff who want to start work very early in the morning and leave mid-afternoon.
“At Alder Court, there are several meeting rooms which we can use for training workshops and meetings and there is convenient parking for visitors. We are also looking at cycle to work schemes and green trials for Loomis staff.”
Robert Maxey, of Heb, acted on behalf of Loomis, while the landlord was represented by Matthew Wade at Robert Clarke Surveyors.
The joint agent on the scheme was BNP Paribas of Birmingham.
