Polski on the way to Westminster

Share | |

Polski Foods has taken a 6,000 sq ft warehouse on the Westminster Industrial Estate in Measham. Jonathan Sayer, surveyor at Fisher Hargreaves Proctor, acted as joint agent alongside Harris Lamb on the letting deal.

Polski Foods is to move into unit one on the estate adjacent to the British Car Auction site.

The company specialises in the wholesale distribution of dried goods and associated products to primarily independent retailers within the East and West Midlands.

Sayer said: "Westminster Industrial Estate offers good quality warehouse and distribution space situated within an excellent location affording ease of access to the A42/M42 and onwards to main urban areas within the Midlands.

"This recent letting underlines that occupiers will acquire well located space when it meets the requirement to enable business expansion.

"Whilst market conditions remain challenging, this recent letting is encouraging and we wish Polski Foods all the best for the future and their expansion plans for their business."
