Full house at Charter Point
The five-acre flagship development of Derby-based developer Cedar House Investments is now fully occupied. The final unit of Charter Point in Ashby has been leased to IT specialists Wipro Technologies.
The global IT company has leased unit 12 on the scheme, and is the eighth business to take up residence.
Chris Carlisle, managing director of Cedar House, said: “Charter Point has become a commercial centre of growing importance and has attracted high-profile names including Miller Homes, Bloor Homes, TNT and Haines Watts.
“I am delighted with the Charter Point’s success, especially in the current market conditions and would like to welcome Wipro to the scheme.”
The agent behind the scheme was Coventry-based North Rae Sanders.
