360 Scheduling sold to Swedish group
Nottingham-based 360 Scheduling has been sold to IFS, a subsidiary of quoted Swedish industrial and financial services provider IFS AB. The Nottingham office of law firm HBJ Gateley Wareing advised the deal.
360 Scheduling, which provides mobile workforce scheduling and optimisation software, is based at Strelley Hall and has subsidiaries in the USA and France.
Legal advice to 360 was provided by Austin Moore and Victoria Bandy of HBJ Gateley Wareing, and advice on taxation and accountancy was provided by Mike Carney and James Simmonds at UHY Hacker Young.
