CALA Homes relocates
The Midlands office of CALA Homes has moved into new office accommodation in Henley-in-Arden in Solihull. The developer has taken a ten-year lease on Brook House in Birmingham Road.
CALA has let a 5,607 sq ft, two storey, self-contained office building from Louis Group Property Services.
"Our lease was up at our existing accommodation, but Brook House is a superior and self-contained office in a more exclusive and accessible setting, much more in keeping with the CALA brand," said Darren Humphreys, managing director of CALA Homes in the Midlands.
"It is a well located springboard for our land team which continues to look for new development sites, especially along the M40 corridor, and for our sales team who are presently selling at developments from Shrewsbury, Wombourne and Eckington to Kirby Muxloe, Peterborough and Milton Keynes."
Louis Group was represented by Tim Cox Associates and Knight Frank. CALA Homes represented itself.
