Trio in at Westfield
Three units have been let at the Westfield Derby Shopping Centre. Streetwear retailer Henleys, jewellery producer Love Forever and fashion retailer FM Boutique have all signed leases with surveyor Fisher Hargeraves Proctor.
Henleys has agreed terms on a unit comprising 1,769 sq ft, which it has let on a ten-year lease.
Expanding ladies jewellery and accessories retailer Love Forever has taken the 1,394 sq ft Unit SU136a on a ten-year lease, on the ground floor.
Fashion retailer FM Boutique has continued its expansion with the acquisition of the former Adams unit, also located on the ground floor. The unit is 2,922 sq ft and is the retailer’s seventh store in the UK.
Alan Pearson, associate partner at Fisher Hargreaves Proctor, said: “We are delighted to secure this hat trick of new lettings on the run up to the busy Christmas trading period. We anticipate we will be able to announce further lettings shortly which will mean the centre will be 99 per cent let for Christmas, which is extremely positive given the impact the recession had on the retail sector.”
