Willi Betz moves into new Derbyshire hub
Willi Betz has secured a three-year lease at the Hilton Business Park development in Derbyshire. The transport company has leased two acres of land from developer St Modwen.
The hub, located near Burton-upon-Trent, will be utilised for open storage of up to 140 trailer vehicles.
Hans Wassermeyer, UK director for Willi Betz, said: “Hilton Business Park was selected in response to a specific requirement for open storage land in south Derbyshire. Willi Betz has a major automotive client based in the region and, in order to provide a seamless client service, we looked to secure land in a strategic location with access to good transport links.
"St. Modwen was able to assist with two acres of land at Hilton Business Park – this location was already known to us and a deal was completed promptly, enabling us to take occupation immediately and therefore continue to provide an efficient service to our client.”
