Announcing the Midlands Company Guide
A list of the 30 largest foreign owned companies in the Midlands has been produced by Insider. The list, which is based on turnover, is included in the Midlands Company Guide 2010, which Insider has produced in conjunction with KPMG.
Coventry-based Energy giant E.ON UK tops the list with an annual turnover figure (to the end of 2009) of £9.22bn.
East Midlands giants Boots and Toyota both make the top ten. The guide, which is full of statistical information on regional companies, will be distributed with the November 2010 issue of Midlands Business Insider.
The 36-page guide also contains articles from experts at KPMG on subjects such as financing growth and corporate strategy and looks at key sectors in the region such as automotive and retail.
