New partner at Yorkshire Bank Nottingham
Yorkshire Bank has appointed a new partner to its Nottingham team. Peter Stapleford joins the team at the bank's Financial Solution Centre (FSC) in Castle Meadow Road as business banking partner.
Stapleford has more than 23 years of experience working in the East Midlands banking industry, and most recently worked for the real estate banking team for Bank of Scotland.
He said: “I’ve always liked the way Yorkshire Bank has worked and the emphasis they place on making decisions for local companies locally so I’m delighted to have joined the team at the Nottingham FSC.
“I’ve got a good knowledge of the business scene in the region from working in the area for more than 20 years and I’m looking forward to helping firms grow and improve by working closely with the bank’s members and also developing new relationships.”
Stapleford added that although the past two years had been “challenging” for businesses in the East Midlands, “there are certainly signs of business picking up again and stability returning”.
