Bluebell calls on £3.9m to finance buy-out
Warwickshire-based telephony service Callstream has been acquired by Bluebell Telecom. Bluebell secured a finance package worth £3.95m from Octopus Investments and YFM Private Equity to expand the group.
Callstream, which specialises in inbound services, will be incorporated into the newly formed Bluebell Telecom Group.
Bluebell provides business voice and data services. The addition of Callstream will enable Bluebell to access and manage inbound call traffic.
