Health centre races into Nottingham
Acting on behalf of budget health and fitness operator Fitness4Less, business agent Christie and Co has acquired a 15,500 sq ft unit in the centre of Nottingham.
The unit is situated in The Pod - Bildurn Properties’ high-profile scheme in Fletchergate.
Christie and Co’s Nottingham office completed the transaction, which marks Fitness4less’ first site in the East Midlands.
Fit-out will commence immediately for the new-build, open-plan property. It is scheduled to open in January.
