Heads up at Griffin

Share | |

Following its announcement last month of the purchase of MBD, a leading managed IT services player, Griffin’s new managing director, Andrew Dickinson has appointed six new heads of department to take the Derby company forward.

Lee Broxson takes over as head of sales, Cherie Everett as head of marketing, Rob Stevens as head of customer Services, Michael Cox as head of provisioning, Simon Day as head of operations and Michael Streeter as head of programmes.

Andrew Dickinson, managing director of Griffin, said: "Although they may look very young, Griffin’s new executive team has more than 40 years of working in Griffin between them. It is probably the strongest management team in terms of ability and experience I have ever worked with.

"Our Partners have been much more successful than we had anticipated this year in winning complex networking and hosting contracts. I felt we needed to streamline processes and re-structure the business to deliver this increase in volume and to ready the business for the launch of our new 'Hosted Desktop' products early in 2011."
