360 Scheduling bought by IFS
360 Scheduling has been bought by IFS. The Nottingham-based provider of mobile workforce scheduling and optimisation software has operations in the US and France.
IFS has bought 100 per cent of 360 and will pay cash for the acquisition. 360's will be sold as a standalone and also integrated into IFS' offering.

Software M&A specialist Corum Group advised on the deal. John Melotte, director of Corum, said: “360 Scheduling is a great business with tremendous potential.
