Share | |

Horwath Clark Whitehill, the national accountancy firm with major operations in Walsall and Kidderminster, has changed its name. It will now be called Crowe Clark Whitehill.

Although there is no change of ownership at the firm, it said the name change signifies an increased emphasis on international business.

Andrew Pianca, chief executive at Crowe Clark Whitehill, said: "The name change heralds a new and exciting phase of development for the firm. We have chosen to give greater prominence to the Crowe name while retaining the goodwill and reputation of Clark Whitehill.

"We believe the name change is part of an evolution at the firm and is backed by a clearer articulation of our purpose. We are a firm renowned for technical excellence and solid market knowledge, and the change signals a greater willingness to take part in industry debate and offer views on the latest market developments."
