Nine deals at centrix@keys
Network Space has secured nine lettings at the centrix@keys office building in Cannock. Network Space is a joint venture between Langtree and the Homes and Communities Agency.
The largest of the deals brings M Price into a six-person office on a 12-month lease. Recruitment agency Skills Source has taken a three-year lease on 733 sq ft of conventional office space.
Set over three storeys, centrix@keys provides serviced office accommodation from two-person upwards along with a number of office suites ranging in size from 356 sq ft to 1,102 sq ft.
Kim Nash, business centre manager at centrix@keys, said: "We are delighted to welcome further local occupiers to the building which takes it to 51 per cent let, and we hope to have further occupiers imminently."
Other companies to move into the building include Swift European Solutions, Tech Alum Systems, Smalltalk, SDS (Sinks), Business Partners Accountancy & Bookkeepers, PCB Portal and All Drives & Controls.
