Desford Hall fully let
Desford Hall is now fully let, Lutterworth property management business Wells McFarlane has announced.
The Grade II-listed building, which was recently refurbished, has ten office spaces ranging from 480 sq ft to 3,000 sq ft. It is adjacent to the Coach House, which has 12 office suites ranging from 500 sq ft to 5,000 sq ft.
It is set in ten acres, six miles from Leicester city centre. According to Andrew McFarlane Holt, who manages the building, demand for rural office parks has been rising.
Wells McFarlane is still seeking tenants at nearby development Narborough Wood Park. The development has 26 office spaces ranging from 650 sq ft to 4,500 sq ft.
Since it was established in 2004, Wells McFarlane has sold more than £89m-worth of development land and purchased over £75m of development land for retained clients.
