Share | |

Intercede has won a major contract in the US. The Lutterworth business will supply its MyID, Identity and Credential Management System to a US manufacturing and defence systems business.

Its systems will be implemented across the company's 150,000 employees alongside software maintenance, training and professional services support.

The company said it will make a "significant contribution" towards revenue and will ensure it meets expectations.

Richard Parris, chairman and chief executive of Intercede, said: "Intercede MyID's power and scalability mean that it can be deployed extremely quickly and easily against the most demanding of project plans.

"This new flagship customer is an ideal complement to our existing contracts with Lockheed Martin and the US federal government.

"It firmly establishes Intercede as the premier supplier of personal identity verification solutions to the world's largest and most influential systems integrators, government contractors and federal agencies."
