Haywood to leave St Modwen
Tim Haywood, the group finance director of Birmingham-based St Modwen Properties, has announced he will step down in November.
Regeneration specialist St Modwen said that Haywood will leave the company on or before 30 November 2010. He will leave to take up the position of group finance director at support service and construction company, Interserve.
St Modwen said that the search for his replacement “is well advanced and an announcement will be made in due course”.
Bill Oliver, chief executive of St. Modwen, said: "I would like to thank Tim for all his work over the last seven years, and in particular in helping us refinance the business last year which has placed St Modwen in a strong position for the next cycle. We wish him well in his future career."
Adrian Ringrose, chief executive at Interserve, said: “We are delighted to welcome Tim to Interserve. His background and experience will be extremely valuable to the board as we continue the group’s long-term growth.”
