Two in at McLaren
Commercial property company Bruntwood has let two units in the Mclaren office tower in Birmingham. Workers’ union Unison and barristers Equity Chambers have both signed leases at the property.
Unison has taken a 5,540 sq ft office on a ten year lease and Equity Chambers has signed a six year lease for a 1,600 sq ft suite.
The new lettings, combined with existing customer Russell Jones and Walker’s recent expansion into an additional 1,600 sq ft, has seen the Mclaren development secure deals for 8,740 sq ft office space in total.
Rob Valentine, head of Birmingham sales at Bruntwood, said: “I am delighted to welcome Unison and Equity Chambers to Mclaren and with the way the accommodation proved to meet their different business needs.
"Bruntwood was able to adapt Unison’s suite quickly to meet its specific office requirements, whilst Mclaren's close proximity to all of the major law courts meant that it was the perfect location for Equity Chambers.”
