Lettings signed at Westfield
Letting agent Fisher Hargreaves Proctor has announced several new lettings at the Westfield Derby Shopping Centre. Leases from Dazzle, Yours and Poundworld have all been agreed at the outlet.
Brands including Duck and Cover, Pandora, Select, Ditsch and MButterfly have also signed leases in past weeks.
Alan Pearson, who is the associate partner at Fisher Hargreaves Proctor, said: "There has been significant interest shown in Westfield Derby since the turn of the year as consumer confidence increased and the country came out of recession."
He added: "This has led to eight lettings being concluded to date with a number of major national retailers. A good level of interest has been shown in the remaining units, which we are delighted to have placed most under offer, with further openings scheduled for Christmas 2010 trade."
Fisher Hargreaves Proctor is the joint letting agent for Westfield Derby along with Capital Retail.
