Two in at The Pavilions
GVA Grimley’s Birmingham office has let two office units totalling 4,300 sq ft at The Pavilions in Solihull. Units six and ten have been let to PhysioWorld and Wattrus Group respectively.
Unit six, a self-contained office totalling 2,456 sq ft, has been let to PhysioWorld, a Birmingham and Solihull based physiotherapy clinic dealing in sports, athletic and occupational injuries. Unit ten, which comprises 1,858 sq ft of space, was let to interior design and fit-out specialists the Wattrus Group.
Existing tenants include Touch Systems, Abel Alarms, Fourstar and the Association of Plumbing and Heating Contractors.
Adrian Griffith, associate at GVA Grimley, said: “Given the obvious difficult market conditions we are encouraged by the occupier interest in The Pavilions, with only five out of the twelve buildings now available for occupation.
